Staff was nice. The assistant who swabbed my sons explained it may feel funny, she replied with more than a tickle, as my son suggested. It hurt my little one and an 'I'm sorry or are you ok?' would of been appropriate to ask him or myself, his mother...but she just walked out. eyeroll!! There was one other person in the waiting room with us, yet we we're still there 2 hours. With one PA on staff, no rapid flu test available at this site (but there available at the hospital across the lot) and the long wait, I would suggest this location review it's logistics. Call the urgent cares and ask if they have rapids available and enough docs or nurse practitioners so you you scheduled wait times are realistic. And get rapid flu test Wheaton Urgent, flu cases come through urgent before emergency, so why they don't have them on hand is ridiculous.I was also disappointed because I wanted to see the actual test result myself.

I made an appointment online which was easy peasy...I waited about 10minutes to be called and was there a total of an hour...Doctor was very personable, every one was pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned...

I had an MRI done back in September. I paid my dues on November 4th. I was continuing being billed until I just called today on January 23rd. They need to fix their billing issues and not risk people going to collections. Terrible way to do business.

This Urgent Care is only out to make money, not to help or cure. I was having UTI symptoms. Went to this center to have it confirmed so I could get meds. UTI came back negative.....so I then had test done for STD's. I left with no answers and was completely confused because I know my body and knew I had a UTI. A couple days later STD test came back negative. A friend of mine had some Macrobid left over so I took that and low and behold, UTI went away (this shows it was def a UTI). So either the PA (Elizabeth Driscoll) messed up the test, or lied about the results in order to force other tests on me. And now...I have $500 in bills for tests I did not need. Also was billed for a pregnancy test which I never asked for or needed, because the day of my visit was the last day of my period, and that should be recorded in the charts. I tried to call billing to dispute the pregnancy test, and they told me to call the actual Urgent Care center because billing is "just the middle man". So I called Urgent Care, received a call back from some random person (not who treated me) who in turn tells me to call billing. Basically this center charges you for tests you don't need, then makes it so hard to dispute that you just give up and pay. I was better off diagnosing myself, and obtaining meds through my friend. I would've saved $500 had I just done that off the bat. Lesson learned. And Elizabeth Driscoll is either incompetent at her profession, or is just out to make the center more money by order unnecessary tests. Thanks so much for helping me. *sarcasm*
