I purchased a used car at this location on Wednesday, July 19th and by Friday, the check engine light came on. I had it diagnosed and emailed my salesman to let him know. I was not really expecting much since I bought the car used as is. The dealership had me bring it back, they located the issue, and fixed it at no cost to me. Outside of this very small issue which has handled quickly, the buying experience was rather easy as we did most of the negotiations and communicating from home since I was busy with work and then came down sick. Once we got there to sign paperwork, we were in and out in about an hour. If you go in, ask for Chevis Reid!

They replaced a fuel pump in our Enclave that had just been replaced a few weeks before by another out of town shop. The first pump was under warranty so I told the service writer. He assured me the bad pump would be sealed up and put in the back of the vehicle to minimize the smell of gas. I pick it up, and the bad fuel pump is in the CARDBOARD box the new pump came in, and sitting ON the BACK SEAT! by that time the fuel had all leaked out of the pump, through the cardboard and into the leather seat! I pointed it out th the service writer and he was mildly apologetic. He said he would talk to his boss, had my contact info, and would see about detailing the car for me. Its now been two months and Ive lost track of the number of calls and messages Ive left. The people I talked to all said they would make sure the right person would call me back. Not one returned call from anyone in two months.

The service event in and of itself was great - however, while visiting, I began a truck purchase deal with one of the owner's (Craig) son's (Curtis). This was my second experience dealing with Curtis (we had previously purchased 4 Buicks from this dealership. Over the course of the next few days we had to deal with Curtis in trying to purchase a truck and we were lied to many times. I ended up buying a truck at Hendrick Chevy last night. I would like to register a complaint with GM Corporate about the treatment from this dealer.
