Priority Nissan Newport News
Do not go to Priority Nissan in Newport News and buy a car if you have Alaska out-of-state plates!! We bought our vehicle in October and have had three sets of temporary plates! And now every time I try to contact them I get the run around!! It is absolutely ridiculous!! They never return my calls and royally scratched my brand new vehicle when they were already fixing scratches they made!! They have horrible customer service!!!! I may be one of a few but I'm just putting my point of view out there from the service we've received!! If I could give a -5 I would horrible place!!

Went in for an oil change and get the front end checked out on my Rogue. Rachael was so awesome making sure everything was completed and explained everything in detail. This is the best dealership hands down.
This is to you, Owner of Priority Nissan: in response to my last review (about the wrong key sold to me and the dealership's refusal to take it back) you advised me to contact the General Manager Mr. Brinson Chu directly, and I did! As a matter of fact i also sent him a reminder. Guess what, as expected he didn't even have the decency to respond to my e-mail. In your response, you said that you were serious about getting my trust back, and I believed you. But apparently your employees don't share your business ethics. Please don't misconstrue my reason behind writing to you. I am not trying to get the money back ($43.22 to be exact). I can well afford it. I wanted to see if "fair business practice" does mean anything to your organization. I am thankful to you for your initial response, but Priority Nissan is not the dealership I would recommend to anyone.
The service is the slowest and far from helpful. If I didn't get free oil changes here I'd never go there. It took 2 hours to get an oil change because they lost my paperwork and never bothered to see why it was taking so long.
