Midwest Dental Implantology
As a general dentist I have worked on many cases with Dr. Trahan and cannot express the level of thought and precision he puts into his work. I know when I refer patients to the practice they are in good hands. A full examination is performed to evaluate what treatment options are available for the patient and they are educated to figure out what option is best for them.

I recently went through the process of a dental implant. Dr. Kosinski and his staff are top notch. Everything was explained to me in advance, and the follow up care was excellent. I highly recommend them.
Dr. Kolinski and his staff are both professionally and personally the best! I had a difficult case regarding my implant which required 13 months of braces to prepare the space. Once it was ready, I had my implant procedure, and two gum grafts which was so easy! Dr. Kolinski and his staff medicated and numbed me so well, I felt nothing. I listened to my headphones very comfortably while doctor worked and before I knew it, I was all done. The healing process went well. I am extremely pleased with the result. The placement Of my tooth is perfect and no one would know unless I tell them I have an implant. I would highly recommend Midwest Dental Implantology as I had a great experience. Looking back now, the inconvenience of braces and the procedure itself was well worth it.
Dr. Trahan is nothing less than amazing! I trusted him completely to take off an existing bridge (that failed!) and replace it with implants. I was very nervous about the procedure as this was my first time. Needless to say, the procedure went flawlessly and following the post-op instructions, I have been feeling great. He not only does exceptional work (everything from quality to efficiency) but he has a calming chair side manner that always puts me at ease. Highly recommend Dr. Trahan for anyone in need of quality work, especially implants!!
As a dentist that places many of his own implants, I can truly appreciate the complexity, skill, knowledge, and patient management that is required for implant dentistry. If you are seeing Dr. Kolinski or one of his two partners you are in as good of hands as humanly possible. Will they have implants still fail? Absolutely. Although we as clinicians know some risk factors, sometimes they just fail and we don't have an answer. While there is no specialty for dental implants, periodontists are often considered the go to for dental implants and especially when implants have problems or when there is a tricky or complicated case.
