Alemany Farmers' Market
Saturdays, 5AM - 4:30PM
Location: 100 Alemany Boulevard
Saturday morning tradition. Love this market for its produce and prices. Not a fancy market like ferry building. Can typically get all produce for two for the week at $30! Fresh flowers available too.

The best farmer's market in SF - so much variety and the lowest prices you'll find in the city. Get there early so that you can have your pick at the best selection. Pro tip: have the chilaquiles at the pop-up Mexican food tent as it is delish and worth planning around!

Great a die interesting produce. Not for Michelin star Chefs, but the cook in you. Must have more reasonable prices than Ferry building market.
Cheapest and best quality farmers market I've found in the SF Bay Area. Wide variety of ethnic specialty veggies that suit the cosmopolitan clientele. Parking can be challenging so get there early (also selection is better the earlier you arrive).
Held every Saturday morning, the farmer's market on the south-east side of Bernal Heights is a bustling and vibrant place. Early every saturday morning, California farmers make their way to this farmers market, loaded with their crops. Produce is sold in denominations of 25 cents, so bring lots of quarters and small bills. Other vendors are there too, some selling indoor and outdoor plants, handmade soaps, honey and jars of olives. If you are hungry, there are a number of trucks lined up serving pastries, pizza, tacos, samosas, etc.. Bring your own bags and be patient if you plan to bring your car, as parking can be trying if you come at the peak times between 9-12. Early birds get the best parking spots and better choice of produce.
